Delivery Time

Delivery takes 14 business days once the order has been placed and paid for. In Spain, with express shipping, delivery takes 7 to 10 days.

Shipping Costs

• Spain: free standard shipping on orders of €50 or more (€6.50 on smaller orders). Express shipping (delivery in 7 to 10 days): €30.
• European Union: standard shipping for €8.99 to the other EU countries.
• International: standard shipping for €12.99 to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

The shipping cost is shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order; outside the euro area it may appear converted into your local currency. If your country is not on the list, write to us before placing your order and we will tell you which options are available.

Order Processing

• Processing time: orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday.
• Shipping confirmation: you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details once your order has shipped.
