Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel an order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason within the scope of your legal rights. To return a product purchased at productos24k.com or cancel a service contract, you must request the return or cancellation within 14 days of the date on which you, or the person you designated, received the product, or of the date the service contract was concluded. If the order includes several products, you can request the return within 14 days of the date you received the last product.

To exercise your rights, simply notify us of your intention to return the product or to cancel an order or service contract. You can do so by sending an email to info@productos24k.com.

Once you have told us that you intend to return a product, simply send it back together with the purchase receipt, the original packaging and the accessories included. You have a further 14 days after stating your intention to return or to cancel a service contract to send the products back or to arrange for their collection.

Items that cannot be returned:

Except in the event of a defect or lack of conformity, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products on sale.
  • Electronically downloaded software, if the download has already begun with your prior express consent and you acknowledged that you would lose your right of return.
  • Services, such as gift wrapping, if the service has already been performed with your prior express consent and you acknowledged that you would lose your right of return.

Refunds:

We will refund all amounts you paid for the product or service, except express delivery charges (if you did not choose standard delivery).

  • Full refund: If the return meets the conditions set out above, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Partial refund: If the product is damaged or does not fully comply with our return policy, we may reduce the amount refunded according to the value the product has lost.
