How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery takes 14 business days once the order has been placed and paid for. In Spain you can choose express shipping (€30) and receive it in 7 to 10 days. When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number.
What warranty does my piece have?
3 years from delivery, on the device and the gold plating. It covers original defects; it does not cover knocks, drops, scratches or wear from use. To use it, write to info@productos24k.com with your order number.
Can I return my piece?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return by writing to info@productos24k.com. Personalised pieces cannot be returned, except in the event of a defect.
How do I order a Custom piece?
Choose the Custom option on the product and tell us your idea, or message us on WhatsApp. We define the design with you before it is made.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
