Warranty and authenticity

Every piece starts from a new, original Apple device and is delivered with its certificate, its serial number and a 3-year warranty.

3 years

Warranty on the device and the gold plating
Your piece is covered by a 3-year warranty from delivery. It covers original defects in the device and in the finish; it does not cover knocks, drops, scratches or wear from use.
To use it, write to info@productos24k.com with your order number: we handle it directly. This warranty does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
New, original Apple device
Every piece starts from an original, brand-new Apple device.
Certificate and serial number
Every piece is delivered with its certificate of authenticity and its own serial number.
18 and 24 karat gold
The karat of each piece is stated on its product page and on its certificate.
Delivery in 14 business days
The period starts once the order has been placed and paid for. When it ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Personalised pieces cannot be returned, except in the event of a defect.
Refund policy
Caring for the gold
Clean the piece with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive products, alcohol and chemical cleaners.
